dc.description.abstractThe aim of my thesis is to introduce the concept of collocation and to show how closely grammatical collocations generally known as restricted combinations are connected to learner corpora. Furthermore, it also exploits the usefulness of corpora in foreign or second language teaching including the collocational competence, as an essential perquisite to reach native-like proficiency in a foreign language.hu_HU
