This study explored how to effectively develop the market of animal food,and comprehensively analyzed the influence of market structure,consumer behavior,policy environment and marketing strategy on the market of animal food.Through economic analysis of five categories of animal-derived products: meat, dairy, eggs, seafood and bee products, we reveal the evolution of their production and consumption patterns on a global scale, and the profound impact of subjective and objective factors on them. It is divided into Europe (taking Germany, Hungary, and Armenia as examples) and China as the main research objects, and the key indicators such as GDP, population nutrition imbalance rate, food import and export ratio, trade surplus/deficit, household consumption level, animal husbandry and fishery output value are studied respectively, and the characteristics and differences of animal food markets in different regions are revealed.
