The Ford Model T became successful so easily because people from the lower layers of society could buy it as well and it was easy to maintain. As the Ford company became so efficient they started to provide jobs for higher wages. The Model T broke down the boundaries between different parts of the United States. The building of highways started because of this car, and as more and more people could afford to travel motels and restaurants were built. This car affected society as a whole, it had effects on family life, on the economy. My thesis focuses on the changes that the Ford Model T brought to American people's everyday life, how it affected the society, how other industries were built around it.hu_HU
