In my thesis I would like to deal with how the stereotypes of Native Americans are present in different movies especially in Westerns. I have chosen this topic because, in my opinion, a huge number of people all around the world have false images about the Native Americans, which are caused to a great extent by the distorted stereotypes spread by movies. One tends to think about the Indians either as horse riding, bloodthirsty savages or as wise people who live in harmony with nature. However, there are other images associated with Native Americans, which I will examine during my thesis.hu_HU
