As entrepreneurship has become a global issue. This thesis is going to analyze the different theories of entrepreneurship, and find the influences characteristics for its development. Then the thesis will turn the attention to Chinese SMEs market. Through analyzing the status and challenges of Chinese SMEs to show the success factors for entrepreneurship.
