dc.descriptionAt a building on vacant locus a significant amount of geotechnical risk can be arisen. In the case of arise of risks the technical content of the investment is amended, the time requirement as well as the cost of the investment is increasing. In the paper a review on the geotechnical risks, on their effects, as well as on the management of risks is given.
dc.descriptionA foghíjak beépítésnél jelentős számú geotechnikai eredetű kockázat léphet fel. A geotechnikai kockázatok bekövetkezése esetén a beruházás műszaki tartalma módosul, a beruházás időigénye és költsége megnő. A tanulmányban áttekintjük a geotechnikai kockázatokat, azok hatását, valamint a kockázatok kezelésének módjait.
