Trade liberalization has indeed had many effects in different areas. This thesis mainly discussed the income distribution effect of trade liberalization. Using secondary research, this thesis discussed the different mechanisms and channels behind the income distribution effect of trade liberalization. A case study of the income distribution effect of trade liberalization in China is conducted in this thesis, to combine both theoretical researches and empirical evidences.
