dc.description.abstractThe thesis is an analysis of two crime novels written by Karen Rose. The first chapter deals with male paedophile rape, while the second one, with female rape and human trafficking. I include several psychologial studies to base my thesis on. I argue that Rose's description of the cases is accurate, which is very important in these cases. In both of my chapters I analyse both physical and mental symptoms of the condition.
