In the thesis I presented the purpose of designing the system of INCOTERMS, what was to create unified regime that rules the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers in international commercial contracts by the way of terms. I introduced the International Chamber of Commerce, that created this system of trade terms. Then I presented the evolution of the INCOTERMS trade terms, especially detailed INCOTERMS 2010, which are in force. After the general oveview, by the way of analyzing concrete cases, I showed the practice of municipal courts and how these trade terms make the task both of the parties and judges easier.
