The target of the author to investigate the lean production can be found there any incentives that could be support of the changed labour market. After the labor market outlook, which may help us to understand the actualities of the topic, grouping the incentive methods based on the model of Hay Group's happening, which is collected on the basis of literature lean processing methods. | dc.description.abstract | A lean menedzsmenttel számos kutatás foglalkozik, de elsősorban a tevékenységmenedzsment témaköréhez kapcsolódóan. A szerző tanulmányának célja, hogy megvizsgálja a lean termelésben megtalálhatóak-e olyan ösztönzők, amelyek a piac megváltozott igényeit támogatják. A munkaerő piaci kitekintést követően, ami segítségünkre lehet megérteni a téma aktualitását, az ösztönzési módszerek csoportosítása a Hay Group modellje alapján történik. Valamint összegyűjtésre kerülnek a szakirodalom alapján a lean-módszerek is. Azonosíthatók olyan különbségek a lean és hagyományos termeléshez kapcsolódó ösztönzők csoportosítása során, melyek esetenként jobban támogatják a munkavállalók elkötelezettségét a vállalatok felé. | hu |
