Mofetta therapy demonstrates potential as an effective approach for enhancing mobility, reducing dependency, uplifting mood, and augmenting quality of life. Moreover, recognizing Mofetta therapy as part of an integrative treatment plan rather than a standalone intervention is crucial. Despite existing limitations, Mofetta therapy holds promise for patients with musculoskeletal, joint, connective tissue, or circulatory disorders due to its efficacy. This dissertation aims to present the outcomes of Mofetta therapy intervention in 168 patients hospitalized with underlying diseases during 2021-2022, focusing on a comprehensive assessment encompassing physical and quality of life aspects. The study involved assessing various parameters before and after Mofetta therapy, including the 6-minute walk test (6MW), Timed Up and Go (TUG) test, Borg rating of perceived exertion, short form 36 health survey (SF-36), EuroQol 5 Dimensions 5 level version (EQ-5D-5L), EuroQol Visual Analog Scale (EQ-VAS), Functional Independence Measure (FIM), and Barthel Index.
