Absztrakt
Infertility is a disorder of the reproductive system and is defined as the inability to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12 months of regular, unprotected sexual intercourse. About 8-12% of reproductive-aged couples have trouble conceiving and are diagnosed with infertility. This thesis provides an overview of the pathophysiology, evaluation and pharmacological treatment options available in the treatment of couples with fertility problems.
