In this paper I investigated the Hungarian Operator Raising construction. I carried a survey of native-speaker judgments as a part of this research and I managed to reproduce Gervain’s (2002) statistical results. I have also found those people who reject OR altogether, the ones who only accepts accusative and the minority who accepts nominative as well. This result is welcome because having a reproducible result is a favorable outcome for scientific investigation. On the basis of this survey I aimed to give an LFG-OT-based account of OR.hu_HU
