A character analysis of Wanda Maximoff through her journey in The Marvel Cinematic Universe, culminating in WandaVision. I examine how the trauma that Wanda goes through results in her repressing her grief. I am also exploring how the different stages of grief like denial, anger, or acceptance are present in the series. Wanda creates an imaginary world in the suburbs in the style of iconic American sitcoms, trying to live a normal life, however, she has to face her demons and come to terms with her grief.
