Pub Culture

Abstract

In my thesis I would like to examine the role of traditional pubs in the British society and I would like to call attention to their remarkable position in the life of local communities. I will examine this subject from different perspectives, giving a historical overview as well, and I will try to prove their significance with different examples within the British culture.
