The term dental erosion defined as the loss of tooth hard structure by chemical process (acid exposure) not bacterial involved, can be caused by either intrinsic or extrinsic acid sources.The extrinsic causes from frequent consumption of acidic foodstuffs or drinks, acidic medicines such as Vit-C, or other chemicals breathed in the working places.Hence, the most dangers thing is the frequent use of soft drinks over time increasing the risk of acid demineralization and leading to erosion and caries development.Increasing the prevalence of dental erosion increasing the attention to establishing more strategies for prevention may prolong the long term healthy dentition and studied for understanding the method for clinical management, as well as predicting helpful information for dental clinicians for early assessment and treatment.Generally, clinical management focus in increasing the individual awareness against the related causes such as improving the knowledge about bad diet habit and the related direct dental effect, oral hygiene improvement and make a clear discussion about how to perform it by using.
