This thesis intends to check out Alibaba Group's project management technique and its vital role in the company's worldwide development and service success. Via the analysis of Alibaba's monitoring methods in various projects, this paper exposes the importance of project management in the quick advancement of business and in handling market challenges. The research study combines qualitative and quantitative analysis approaches and covers particular instances of effective and failed projects.
