| dc.description.abstract | This thesis focuses on the rapid growth of the higher education sector in China, particularly in the Chengdu region, and on the impact of higher education on the employment of local university graduates. The author has highlighted the correlation between higher education and employment by studying its impact. This analysis helps cities and governments to plan their policies for higher education and employment more effectively. The practical importance of this study includes providing policy advice to governments, assisting schools to improve the quality of education, and the need for higher education institutions to provide more comprehensive career planning guidance to serve students. The survey was analyzed by a questionnaire, which was designed to understand respondents' perceptions of the higher education and employment market in the Chengdu region and to solicit their feedback and suggestions. The final aim of the article is to help Chengdu's higher education development and job market to be able to better understand the role of higher education in the job market in decision-making for future development to be able to better cope with future challenges. | |
