dc.description.abstractThis thesis focused on Diaper Dermatitis which is a common skin condition in infants within their first year of life. The most common differential diagnosis: Irritant, Allergic, Candida, Bacterial Diaper Dermatitis were discussed. you would also find that the causative factors, which are wetness, friction, urine and feces and microorganism were also explained. there are also several treatment options, to name a few: diaper types, barrier creams & powders, topical corticosteroids etc. preventions were also discussed and parent education is an important prevention of diaper dermatitis.hu_HU
