dc.description.abstractcells treated with H2O2 will show significantly decreased cell viability in a dose-dependent manner. And if cells were treated with antidiabetic agents (glipizide and sitagliptin) will show the normal viability of cells to a certain limit.Sitagliptin can protect cells even at high concentration of oxidative stress.glipizide can not protect cells even at high concentration of oxidative stress.hu_HU
