This work discusses a short introduction of HFpEF with epidemiology, prevalence, classification, aetiology, pathophysiology, and the important molecular pathway contributing to it. Furthermore, the trial of different pharmacotherapies is illustrated, including the method, outcome, and effectiveness. In the end, the limitation and the future direction are described, hopefully bringing a more complete view of the current situation of the pharmacotherapy of HFpEF.
