In this thesis, we discuss some of the drugs with antiviral activity used for the treatment of Covid-19 and the evidence supporting their use. We also consider some factors that may affect the reliability of their evidence. These drugs are: ivermectin, remdesivir, molnupiravir, and ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir (Paxlovid).
