According to our research, mice models lacking Tks4 exhibited slower tumor growth when injected with LLC carcinoma and B16-F10 melanoma cells. Our study also revealed that Tks4 is present in the tumor microenvironment (TME) in both high and low TAMs, as well as Mo-MDSCs populations. Moreover, we found that Tks4-dependent maturation of BM-MDSCs requires additional signals. Overall, our study provides valuable insights into the role of Tks4 in cancer and immune system regulation.
