Abstract

This thesis reviewed health behaviors as an important element of Public health. It looks into the risky health behaviors of Nigerian youth. Highlights some of the situations in Nigeria and how it influences the behaviors of the youth populace, contributing to their mental wellbeing and changing their health status. Situations such as corruption, unemployment, physical abuse, poor health care services, etc.
