dc.description.abstractThis research has discovered major differences in the cultural behaviors of Liberians and Hungarians, along the cultural dimensions of Geert Hofstede namely power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, masculinity, and long-term orientation. A comprehensive grasp of the cultural norms and values that are characteristic of both Liberian and Hungarian firms is necessary to assess the importance of these characteristics in those companies. Through a comparative analysis, the study seeks to uncover the cultural shadows that form business practices, leadership styles, and decision-making processes in these different cultural contexts. The activities of the companies in the two countries showed that companies concentrated more on local-based activities as part of their policies. Understanding the differences and similarities between these aspects may contribute to successful intercontinental negotiations and business.
