dc.description.abstracti have to be able to understand economic policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its development through the centuries: in pre-USSR, USSR and post-USSR periods. The period from 1950-s to 1990-s can be considered as a serious decline of the Azeri economy and its consequences manifest themselves even nowadays. Non-oil branches almost disappeared and all the products were used in the interest of the USShu_HU
