dc.description.abstractThere are three chapters in the thesis, which contains with Knowledge Management, Actuality About KM in China that detailedly to introduce the main causes of KM SUCCESS and FAILUE. And then there is a comparing between China and foreign countries, from the results we can see the disparities of differet. In the last Conclusion, I also list the existed problems of KM in China's Enterprise, and my personal views of it, which cannected with my own internship experience. I hope China's Enterprises can acquire some success in Knowledge Managment and other foreign companies can also value it.hu_HU
