Breast cancer composing a diverse subtypes of malignancies manifesting in the mammary glands. Worldwide, breast cancer accounts to the most frequently diagnosed malignancy among women. Breast cancer can be determined by several risk factors. These factors are classified in two main groups: modifiable and non-modifiable factors. Invasive breast cancers comprising wide - spectrum tumours. Depending on their clinical presentation, morphology and behavior, they show a variation. Breast cancers are subdivided according to their mRNA gene level expressions into molecular subtypes such as luminal A, luminal B, HER2-enriched, and basal-like. Breast cancers requires complex therapy. The treatment encompasses heterogenous methods such as chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, radiation, surgery or biological therapies that are administererd in various sequenceses.
