dc.description.abstractPulmonary hypertension is an unfortunately incurable disease.However,The most Recent classification of pulmonary arterial hypertension has made our comprehension of the disease more sophisticated and gets us one step further towards premium treatment. Moreover, in the past two decades, the use of combination therapy of disease-specific drugs has proven itself to be an effective modality to reconstruct our way of dealing with PAH. However, the side effects and interactions of the drugs have to be taken into consideration as they are the limitations that are holding therapeutic evolution. This is why the continuation of development of new registries and experimentations is vital for better future outcome.hu_HU
