dc.description.abstractSedentary lifestyle and the aging population getting older makes lower back pain a continuing issue worldwide. Management of lower back pain is multimodal,consisting of pharmacological and physical therapy methods. Pharmacological treatment includes Nsaids, analgesics, muscle relaxants, opioids, antipsychotics and anticonvulsants. Physiotherapy and exercise are gold standard in non pharmacological treatment. Different types of therapies are emerging and being studies in the complex treatment of lower back pain.hu_HU
