This thesis is based on the literature review of previously done studies based on cardiovascular diseases in young adults, in this study, we have evaluated the risk factors caused causing CVD in young adults and the reasons why the prevalence of CVD in the young generation is increasing. Cardiovascular diseases are the top leading causes of death worldwide and the incidence is been increasing drastically, major risk factors among young adults are obesity, smoking, diabetes and stress.
