Heart Failure is a pump failure. Current treatments are not effective for some patients. The reason might be due to misclassification of HF. New classifications of HF are important for personalized and precise therapy. Most treatments are focused on HF with reduced EF. Researches should focus on HF with preserved EF since there are no proper effective treatments other than treatment of comorbidities.
