dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this paper is to analyze the importance of attitude and motivation in second language learning. This paper approaches how positive attitude towards the language, speaking community and culture may influence the process of learning a second/foreign language. Learning a language requires not only the intake of the linguistics aspects of the language, but also the sociolinguistics aspects. Positive attitude if combined with effort and desire to achieve the goal will lead to motivation, an indispensable factor needed to succeed in SL learning.hu_HU
