Intra-ventricular Haemorrhage, primary or secondary due to extension of an intracerebral haemorrhage has devastating effects on the patients with a mortality rate up to 80%. Pharmacological treatment did not show a significant improvement in the mortality or morbidity. On the other hand minimal invasive surgeries showed promising effects and more focus and investigation is needed in this matter.hu_HU
