Diabetes involves the reduced production of insulin or reduced insulin sensitivity which are Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes respectively.A simple way to diagnose a patient with diabetes is to analyse the fasting blood glucose level and to perform an oral glucose tolerance test. Cytokine blockade. For Type 2 Diabetes, some new drugs include: Steglujan Glyxambi Ryzodeg Alogliptin.
