dc.description.abstract | This thesis explores what factors among skills, experience and education recruiters value most. A global survey of 110 applicants found skills ranked highest, followed by experience, then education. Interestingly, Europeans prioritized skills even more. Gender and employment status had little impact, though men leaned slightly more towards skills. This research suggests skills are king, but a larger dataset could strengthen the findings. | |
