This thesis is an overview of the design process of an assembly. It includes the design, Analysis, Optimization, and Materialization of a Helicopter Rotor Head. Designing the Main Helicopter Rotor-Head using modern design software. Followed by Optimization according to Computational Analyses. Finally, the materialization of the optimized assembly by additive manufacturing.
