This thesis investigates the application of lean management principles across various sectors, highlighting a gap between theory and practice. It utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining literature study and expert interviews to examine lean process's impact. Key findings show significant benefits in efficiency and quality management, even though with challenges in adoption and sustainability. The study proposes integrating continuous improvement cultures and digital technologies to enhance lean practices. Recommendations are given to overcome these challenges.
