This study was embarked upon in order to ascertain if there was a relationship between an organisation’s structure and its culture. It also shed some light on how this relationship (if there are any) affects performance. From the literature review on the concepts and on the relationship between culture, strategy, structure and performance, it can be deduced that some sort of relationship exists between these concepts but this research cannot ascertain how strong these relationship are.hu_HU
