Gliomas are most common primary brain tumor in the brain causing significant mortality and morbidity. 2016 WHO classification of gliomas is multi-layered sytem that involves molecular biomarkers, WHO grade and histology of gliomas to obtain final integrated diagnosis. We collected reports of total 404 operated patients in our clinic and compared prevelance, diagnosis and testing of molecular markers with current trends with change of 2016 CNS tumor classification by WHO.hu_HU
