This study was defined by comparing and analyzing data using qualitative and secondary information methods. In the study, it was more effective to use the example of a sales company operating in Mongolia. Therefore, to conduct research, it is important first to study Mongolian business law. The next part of the study, which examines the activities of official distributors in Mongolia, aims to analyze the contracts of the three organizations and compare them with the provisions of international business law or private law. Finally, this study proposes policies and strategies to help Mongolia identify potential risks associated with measures to support and further reduce international business transactions.hu_HU
