Absztrakt
This study explores soybean protein extraction and characterisation, as well as the nutritional effects of soybean protein and lysine. It demonstrates that the integration of existing experimental data can improve protein extraction modelling and optimization using conventional alkaline-isoelectric precipitation methods. However, the trial to improve the efficiency of eco-friendly solvents, such as deep eutectic solvents, by adding water to the choline chloride: glycerol, did not enhance extraction efficiency. Experiments using Drosophila melanogaster demonstrated that both the quality and quantity of protein, as well as the concentration of amino acids, strongly influence development.
