Endometrial cancer is one of the most common gynaecological malignancies. Women of post-menopausal age are most commonly affected, presenting with abnormal uterine bleeding. This thesis dives into the pharmacological management of endometrial cancer, examining hormonal therapies, chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy, while highlighting recent advancements and future directions. Emphasis is placed on the benefits of combination therapies and the need for personalized treatment approaches to improve patient outcomes. It also emphasises the important of early detection by education as well as providing easily accessible and cost-effective healthcare which in turn will improve overall survival.
