Abstract

This thesis is about consumer law and market economy. The rules and regulations governing how the market works. It also looks at various way and best practices for consumer protection in a single market economy . Legislation and harmonization programmes will be reviewed in the paper. Action plans taken by the EU regarding consumer law is also highlighted in the thesis .
