dc.description.abstractElectronic communication in the international sale of goods is quite a current topic. I have analyzed how the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods have been affected be the changes brought about the phenomenon of e-commerce. I have also analyzed the UNCITRAL Model Laws on Electronic Commerce and Electronic Signatures. Finally, I looked into the most important provisions of the UNCITRAL Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts.hu_HU
