Absztrakt

The thesis offers a detailed analysis of supply chain management strategies suitable for small fast food businesses in Debrecen, Hungary. By studying Pizza Point as a case, this study examines the particular obstacles and potential that small businesses encounter in managing supply, stock and shipment. By joining theory with practical findings, the research creates useful tips to improve efficiency and help control expenses in the company. How local suppliers, different logistics methods and seasonality affect operations is particularly focused on. All in all, the thesis provides practical advice for small restaurant owners who want to boost their supply chain. Both researchers and managers will find the work helpful because it adds value to both theory and practice in the fast food industry.
