Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a life threating disease.prior to therapy development the disease mortality was very high and prognosis was poor. Over the last year number of advances in the management of PAH have developed and four new oral medication were approved for the treatment ,this opened the door for new treatment strategies with different modes of medication delivery.
