This thesis described the outline of principles of MRI and its present clinical situation. MRI is a versatile imaging modality which can provide detailed anatomical and functional information of tissues. Different MRI sequences are used to enhance contrast specific tissue properties. Advanced MRI techniques have additional diagnostic capabilities. These MRI techniques continue to evolve, enabling more accurate diagnosis, efficient treatment planning. For all doctors, the comprehension and regular efforts to catch up newest information is essential.
