Being one of the eldest art form, dance made its connection with most of the different art forms like literature, painting, sculpture, photography, film and at last but not least with music. Dance and the art of film were combined as early as the short film, Annabelle the Dancer, by Thomas Edison in 1894-95. (Rosenberg 275). Among the art forms, only film can provide the existence of dance both in time and in space.
