This thesis comprehensively explores a range of skin cancer treatments, from gene therapies to adoptive T-cell approaches, targeted treatments, antibodies, and emerging gene therapy applications. It delves into gene therapies' potential to reshape medical treatment by altering or replacing faulty genes. The challenges of targeted delivery in suicide gene therapy are investigated, revealing agents designed to destroy cancer cells effectively. this thesis presents innovative treatments with the potential to revolutionize skin cancer management. The integration of genetics, immunology, and clinical insights unleashes a new era in this field. Furthermore, the exploration extends to epidemiology and modifiable risk factors, providing a holistic understanding of skin cancer causation.
